CAKE:
1 box white cake mix
1 small pkg strawberry jello
3 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1-10 oz. pkg strawberries (reserve 1/4 cup juice for frosting)

Combine ingredients in order listed mixing after each addition. Bake 350 for 40 min. Makes 2 layers or 1 tube or sheet pan (I use a bunt pan).
FROSTING:
1 stick butter (melted)
1 box confectioner sugar
1/4 cup juice
Cream butter and sugar, add juice until smooth.
ENJOY!

That totally looks like something my hubs would love. Me, not so much, lol. If it doesn't have chocolate it isn't dessert in my book :-)

Poor Molly hasn't been handling it so well this time. Last night I felt so sorry for her because she just cried and cried and kept saying "I wanna go home". Breaks me heart she has to go through all this crap! :-(
